  Pin It Fall is officially here... well, sort of. The weather has still been warm but starting tomorrow it is supposed to drop. I can't wait! In the meantime we have been continuing to add some more autumn touches to our home. I made some new pillows but they looked too modern so I ended up using some burlap ones from our living room and the new fall flannel ones I made last week. We will have a few of those available for sale soon. A little inspiration for you today!! This Spring (maybe sooner) I am planning to open my Etsy shop......I am so excited! This is something I have been wanting to do for a long time.  It's just been a very slow process.....I am getting there slowly but surely! I still have a lot to do but it is going to happen. I want to have enough inventory before I try to start selling. I am planning to do fancy headbands for children and also have jewlery for children including adults too! Just can't wait for you to see it! All photos via: Pininterest

Addendum - 13th October, 2011 - This property has now sold for NZ$875,000 This weeks feature property is a lovely 3 bedroom, double bay villa  in Ponsonby.
