~Swedish Style Home~

Image
I've been very lucky lately coming across all of these lovely homes. At the moment it's this Swedish Home that has my attention!! This haven of pale European furnishing bathed in Sunlight is the home of Designer Shannon Bowers. She was inspired by colors found in nature - Robin's egg blue, light sand and the lavendar of hydrangeas which are soothing. It's all so gorgeous!

Since 1975, Chantal Thomass was the first designer not only to put underwear on the catwalk, but to encourage it to be seen, thus starting the vogue for ‘inside-out’, she has continued to create her distinctive lingerie - a mix of sexy elegance and exquisite lace, with a good, humorous dose of the femme fatale. The inside of her Paris apartment is no differnt mixing the style of eighteenth century Italy with forties French. Chantal Thomass

i don't talk very much about what i think of feel or dream about, so i am going to share with you some things that i think about...... * i don't like riding horses, don't like seeing people ride horses; i also feel brokenhearted when i see horses pulling carts for people.....strapped in with a million belts and their spirit as low as the ground that they are walking on.... (horses have the most beautiful spirit, the most Godlike, childlike, free, intelligent and amazing spirit......why should we demean them like we do?) Let them run free and happy like they used to...... * i feel that one of the most important, sacred and crucial things we must do is to take better care of all the beautiful children of the world. How tragic and hearbreaking, too, are the millions of children all over the world whose lives are torn and saddened by poverty, loneliness and fear. Children should be able to help lead our world, share their genius, bring our hearts back to kindness, goodness, lov

~Cath Kidston's Home~

Yes, Take a little peek into the home of Cath Kidston. Most of us know her for her great floral patterns in homeware goods. This house is rather cute but not as stunning as I would have expected coming from her. What do you think? I am wishing I had this striped blue and white couch though!! Via: Narratives
