Modern House Minimalist Design

I didn't really get any good shots of these little books but they were a fun little addition to the party. We used them in the teacups at each setting and then hung them from a branch in the corner - I am disappointed I didn't get ANY usable shots of that! =(  I thought I would still show you all how we made them, though, because they were so easy and inexpensive. You just need cardstock, some old book pages, a stapler and some double-stick tape. 1) Just like for yesterday's banner tutorial, we ripped the pages out of the book and then used a ruler to tear them - this provides a softer look than cutting them. 2) We also did some of the ripping by hand to make it look a bit more authentic. 3.) Next we ripped them in half.   4). After that we stacked them up and folded them over. 5). Then we opened it back up and staples the pages together at the fold. 6).
