Modern House Minimalist Design

After having been sick for a couple of weeks Lola and I are finally feeling so much better! However, thanks to that I am quite behind on blog posts. Don't worry, though, we've been quite busy here the last few days and hopefully will be catching up and back on track soon. I had a post planned for today but wasn't able to get the photos I needed yesterday. Hopefully I can get them today, though and have that post up tomorrow and then I promise I will have the lemonade stand tutorial this week too! And I am also working on another photo editing tutorial that if I can get done I will have this week and if not then at the beginning of next week. Shortly after returning back to New Hampshire after sweet little Blake went home to be with Jesus, Jamie wrote this on the chalkboard in her kitchen with a photo of him below it. When I was home a few weeks ago she asked if I would write it on a board for her to put above her kitchen window. I rushed through it the last night I was there and I have to say I am not happy with how it turned out but maybe eventually I will have time to fix it.   Also we restocked the Elizabeth Table Runner this morning! Jamie and Josh were down here recently for a super quick visit. When they arrived we realized Jamie was perfectly coordinated with Lillie and Lola. =) Unfortunately it was extremely hot and the sun was so bright so I only took a couple of pictures. Today is my parent's anniversary! Last year they were down here visiting us on their 30th anniversary while we waited on Lola to arrive - she gave us a false alarm that sent them and my sister Jamie on their way a little earlier than needed. I am pretty sure I neglected to give them anything seeing how I was otherwise occupied. =) This year, though, I wanted to make them something for the new house they are building.   Have you ever wondered where Lillie and Lola are when I am taking pics? Generally just outside the shot. I often end up cropping little heads or arms out. =) Happy Anniversary, Mom and Dad! I love you!
