Jeanette's Spinach Loaf Dip

Jeanette is a wonderful cook although she is very modest about her achievements in the kitchen, she describes her food as "rustic", definitely her food is about taste and real home cooking and one thing she will not deny is you will never leave her house feeling hungry.  Jeanette gave me this  recipe for Spinach dip many years ago and it's been a hit every time I have made it. I am warning it is addictive and most possibly its calories would shock you to death but its simply delicious and I know you will love it.

Actually, there are 2 wonderful art exhibitions at the musem BOZAR in Brussels, which ar really not to miss!
